More fun!

I wanted to try some brown Prosculpt for these pieces and here are my first results.
I heard that Genesis paints were recommended for polymer, so the lower left piece was my Genesis trial. I was not happy with that one at all, so I went back to my Lumieres for the others, drying them and hopefully curing them sufficiently with my heat gun. The colors and bright finish are more to my liking. I like the brown clay as a base and I'd also like to try some black like Linda F. has done.

Mary, you are doing some wonderful things with these clay tiles! I am glad you mentioned not liking the genesis paints. I have a set and was thinking about trying them out on my tiles, but won't bother now. I have never even tried the genesis paints- they are just sitting lost somewhere in my studio-LOL!

You arre doing fun things. I especially like the hands one.think the genesis paint is made to be used on a lighter clay as hould have brighter resukts.

The genesis paints are not metallic like the Lumieres are so you won't ever get that sheen. You could probably use the Genesis and then some Pearl-X powder though.

Interesting that you have an artistic dog visiting your blog, lol.

AND a wanna-be artistic COMANCHE, Jude! Heehee! (That is re: her comment about Isabella's post!) Sweet Mary, I think the brown is even better than the lighter color! It makes your designs pop more! Now how are you planning to use these beauties? And where is your newest knitting project? Hmmmmm? I want to seeeee!
